By using the CLowl website, translator tool, or any associated services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
CLowl is provided as a free, open-source tool to help developers and teams work with the CLowl agent communication protocol. You may use it for personal, commercial, or open-source projects.
You agree not to use CLowl services for illegal purposes, to transmit harmful or malicious content, or to attempt to circumvent service limits or security measures.
3. Open Source License
The CLowl protocol specification and reference implementation are released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software with attribution. See the full license text on GitHub.
4. No Warranty
CLowl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of translations, or fitness for any particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLowl and the Oscar Sterling Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
